Eiji Mori joined The Hokkaido Bank in 2004 and has served as General Manager of the Sustainability Promotion Office since September 2023. In this role, he advances sustainability and GX initiatives while supporting regional economic development. He also serves as the lead representative of the Fund Finance Working Group under Team Sapporo-Hokkaido, promoting collaboration among public and private sector stakeholders to strengthen the investment ecosystem in Hokkaido.
