Noongar Elder

Mr Kim Collard is a proud Noongar Elder with ancestral ties to the Whadjuk and Ballardong peoples of the Noongar Nation in southwest Western Australia. He is also a fluent speaker of the Balladong dialect. A nationally recognised leader, he brings over 50 years of experience, wisdom and knowledge as Aboriginal Elder, Academic, Business owner, Entrepreneur, Philanthropist winning many State and National Awards across Australia.
